RESIDENTIAL AREA IN THE NORTHWEST - HOANG VAN THU STREET

The project has embellished and exploited the eco-green spaces, natural water surfaces combined with the urban square system to create beautiful scenery, thereby arranging appropriate urban structures to create new urban spaces that are valuable. Forming central construction clusters acts as the nucleus of urban activities, making an effort to develop the design area adjacent to Hoang Van Thu Street and Tra Long riverside, especially in contiguous locations with the open space system.

Funds of agricultural land, bare land and unused land for inefficient use are converted into new residential areas, welfare facilities serving residential areas, green trees, public playgrounds, and urban service works. The scale of urban public works is studied combined with existing or planned works in the surrounding areas.

Existing urban areas are renovated towards the multifunctional use to increase urban dynamics.
